Have Armenian Products Been Sent from Iran to Azerbaijan?

A batch of containers made of Armenian silicon products and cardboard boxes has been seized at a customs checkpoint in Azerbaijan. Local media reports that 24,820 containers of silicon products used in construction work and 1,050 empty cardboard boxes for Armenian silicon product packaging have been discovered, according to the State Customs Committee.

It has been established that these products were sent by a company operating in Iran to the address of an individual in Azerbaijan. The customs authority notes that previous attempts have been made to transport Armenian products, including food and alcoholic beverages, into Azerbaijan.
