Car Accident in Vaghashen: Injuries and Fatalities

On November 30, at 20:37, a report was received at the Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center regarding a traffic accident near the village of Vaghashen, with injuries reported.

An operational group from the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations' regional rescue department was dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that a collision occurred between a 'VAZ-2101' and a 'Mercedes-Benz Sprinter' (driver: P. P., born 1984).

Before the rescuers arrived, the driver of the 'VAZ-2101' and a passenger of the 'Mercedes-Benz Sprinter' identified as T. Gh. (born 2008) were extricated from the vehicles by local forces and transported to the Martuni Medical Center, where doctors assessed their health condition as stable but serious.

The rescuers disconnected and sealed the valve of the gas cylinder of the 'VAZ-2101' and, with the assistance of specialized equipment, retrieved the body of an unidentified passenger and brought it closer to the ambulance.
