Wildberries Customers Report Mass Disruptions

Customers of the Wildberries marketplace have reported a large-scale disruption, receiving notifications about orders they did not place.

This was reported by SHOT. As a result, some users found hundreds of items in their shopping carts confirmed for purchase.

When users attempted to organize returns for the purchased items, funds were deducted from their accounts; in one case, 50 rubles were withheld, while in another instance, up to 10,000 rubles were taken, depending on the quantity and size of the items.

Wildberries' hotline confirmed that there had been a disruption, offered to reimburse the return shipping costs, and promised that the money would be refunded upon completing the appropriate application. Some agreed to these terms, while others decided to protect their rights through legal channels.
