Aliyev Needs Occupied Territories of Artsakh Only for Business Interests, Says Azerbaijani Expert
Until now, Azerbaijan only allows its citizens to visit the occupied Shushi in Artsakh with a "domestic visa" (for tourism purposes). Azerbaijani expert Garnik Davtyan wrote this on his Facebook page.
“Despite various state events held in the last two years, people have only visited Shushi and other places under special supervision. In reality, the circles close to Aliyev dominate the arable lands in the occupied territories of Artsakh and are engaged in construction activities. In short, the occupied territories of Artsakh are needed by dictator Aliyev not for so-called 'refugees' but solely for his business interests,” he wrote.
