Crisis Situations and Challenges Require New Management Approaches: Ruben Vardanyan
Today, Ruben Vardanyan, the State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, met with the ministers under his coordination. The State Minister addressed the principles of the functioning of the state management system, stating that the current crisis situation and challenges require new management approaches.
He informed that, in accordance with an agreement with the President of the Republic of Artsakh, all ministers in the coordination area of the State Minister will cease their duties. Four of them will continue to serve as interim ministers, while five will be relieved of their positions, with their responsibilities temporarily taken over by deputy ministers.
State Minister Ruben Vardanyan thanked all the ministers for their work. He notably appreciated the work of those ministers who took office immediately after the war, striving to overcome the post-war phase and mentioned that their experience and knowledge would be beneficial for the development of Artsakh.
After the meeting, Ruben Vardanyan also had a discussion with the interim ministers, urging them to approach their work with full responsibility and to carry out their duties comprehensively.
