Putin and Aliyev Have Held a Telephone Conversation

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev have held a telephone conversation. The parties discussed the practical implementation of the agreements reached on October 31, 2022, in Sochi by the leaders of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan, as well as the joint statements made at the highest level by the three countries previously.

The importance of continuing work in the trilateral format was emphasized to ensure security along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and to restore transportation connections in the South Caucasus.
