‘Chocolate and Chip Turkeys, I Pardone You’: Biden Prepares for Thanksgiving
The President of the United States, Joe Biden, carried out the traditional symbolic ceremony of ‘pardon’ for two turkeys ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday celebrated on November 28.
'Chocolate and Chip turkeys, I pardon you,' Biden announced.
'To be brief, no one likes cold turkey,' joked the President, while his dog barked at the turkeys, each weighing over 20 kilograms, from the balcony. 'Don't let him jump,' Biden warned.
'This is a special time. As the largest country on the planet, let us be grateful,' Biden reminded Americans about the essence of the upcoming holiday.
