VIDEO: "Are you new at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs?" Journalist's sarcastic question to the Deputy Minister

During a conversation with journalists, Armenia's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Paruyr Hovhannisyan stated that there was no mention of Artsakh's independent status anywhere. A journalist directed a question at Hovhannisyan, asking, "Are you new at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs?" To which Hovhannisyan replied, "No, since 1995."

He added, "The 6th element discussed the possibility of organizing a referendum in the future, although it was not specified when and how, which could provide solutions regarding the future." For more details, watch the video.
