VIDEO: Tesla Driver Loses Control Due to Software Malfunction in China

A Tesla driver in China lost control of the vehicle due to a software malfunction. As a result, the car hit pedestrians, leading to two fatalities and three injuries.

The police have initiated an investigation into the incident. According to Global Times, the accident occurred after a driver named Zhang parked the Tesla Model-Y. Shortly thereafter, he suddenly lost control, and the vehicle sped ahead at high speed for several kilometers before colliding with two motorcyclists and cyclists.

The driver attempted to stop the car by pressing the brake pedal several times, but it was ineffective.
