VIDEO: How Spoiled Fruits and Vegetables Exported to Russia are Disposed Of
The company "Spayka" has suffered significant losses due to issues in the transit route from Georgia to Russia. The company released a video showing that products exported to various Russian cities have completely spoiled due to long wait times in Larsi.
“The detrimental effects of the ongoing issues on the transit route from Georgia to Russia continue... Throughout 2022, we repeatedly document significant losses when exporting fresh fruits and vegetables through the Upper Lars checkpoint. Trucks have been stuck in 10-kilometer-long queues in Georgia for over 25 days, causing them to arrive in Russia with spoiled goods. All cargo is disposed of in designated landfills,” the company reported.
