17-Year-Old Girl Falls into Ravine in Lori
On November 10, at 21:10, the Lori regional crisis management center received a call reporting that a citizen had fallen into a ravine near the village of Akhori, necessitating rescue assistance, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.
A firefighting and rescue team from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. The rescuers retrieved a girl, identified as A. O. (born in 2005), from approximately 7 meters deep using a stretcher and brought her to an ambulance. The injured girl was hospitalized in the Alaverdi Medical Center, where doctors assessed her condition as extremely critical. The victim is 17-year-old Astghik O.
