EU Considers Preparing for War

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell stated that it is necessary to prepare the transportation systems of EU countries, as well as Ukraine, Moldova, and the Balkan countries for troop movements.

"We must adapt our entire mobility system so that our troops can rapidly deploy their capabilities. This is crucial for our defense. Troops should be able to move quickly from one part of the EU to another, mainly from west to east," Borrell's words are quoted by TASS.
