Traffic Restrictions Implemented on Stepantsminda-Larsi Highway
Reconstruction works are underway on the only land route connecting Armenia and Russia. According to Sputnik Georgia, due to the reconstruction works, movement of trucks and semi-trailer vehicles through the Kdo tunnel on the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is restricted until November 8 at 22:00.
