Several Cosmetics Brands to Return to Russia

Lancome, Yves Saint Laurent, and Giorgio Armani are preparing to return to the Russian market. This was reported by РИА Новости, citing the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The ministry clarified that it will prohibit the parallel import of branded goods due to the resumption of supplies. “Yes, these brands are included in the exceptions, and, accordingly, parallel imports of them are not possible,” emphasized the press service.

At the same time, individuals who have purchased cosmetics and perfumes will be able to bring them into Russian territory within three months from the date of the order's publication, added the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
