Spain's Congress Rejects International Agreement with Azerbaijan in Solidarity with Armenia

Spain's Congress has rejected the international agreement with Azerbaijan in a show of solidarity with Armenia. During a plenary session held on November 3, the Congress did not ratify the agreement signed between Spain and Azerbaijan on December 14, 2021, regarding the exchange of secret information, with a vote of 174 against, 132 in favor, and 35 abstentions.
