VIDEO: Aghazaryan's Request Sparks Laughter from Papoyan and Tunyan

The National Assembly is discussing the draft of the 2023 state budget.

During the presentation by Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan on the expenditures expected from the ministry, ruling party MP Hovik Aghazaryan requested clarification from the session chairman Gevorg Papoyan regarding when there would be a break.

When Papoyan indicated that he was inclined not to declare a break, Aghazaryan responded that it could not be that way, insisting that their rights should be respected.
