Putin-Aliyev Talks Conclude, Lasting 2 Hours and 20 Minutes

The negotiations between Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev in Sochi have concluded. Their private conversation lasted 2 hours and 20 minutes.

It should be noted that in the coming hours, a trilateral summit involving the leaders of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan will also take place in Sochi.

Russian President Vladimir Putin stated during his meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev that the objective of the upcoming trilateral meeting is to implement the agreements reached regarding Nagorno-Karabakh in 2020 and 2021.

The leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan are scheduled to have a trilateral meeting today in Sochi. Putin has already held bilateral meetings with each of them.

Russian media outlets suggest that a document may be adopted at the conclusion of the trilateral meeting, which will serve as the basis for signing a peace agreement.
