Pashinyan Arrives at Residence for Tripartite Meeting with Aliyev and Putin

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has arrived at the residence to participate in tripartite negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, reports Alexey Lazurenko, a correspondent for Izvestia.

During the meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the aim of today’s tripartite meeting in Sochi is the implementation of the agreements reached regarding Nagorno-Karabakh in 2020 and 2021.

The leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan are set to hold a tripartite meeting in Sochi today. Putin has already conducted bilateral meetings with each of them.

Russian media do not rule out that a document may be adopted at the conclusion of the tripartite meeting, serving as the basis for a peace treaty.
