NASA Releases Striking Photo of the Sun's 'Smile'
The United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has released a striking photo of the Sun that appears to have a 'smile,' according to the Daily Mail.
The publication details that the three black dots resembling a 'smiling face' are actually locations where solar storms occur.
It has been noted that NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) captures images of the Sun every 12 seconds using ten different wavelengths of ultraviolet light.
