Prosecutor's Office Launches Investigation into 'Torosyan Family's New Fish Farming Business' Article

The Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia has initiated an investigation into an article published in ‘Hetq’ which reports that former Minister of Health and current member of the National Assembly from the ‘Civil Contract’ faction, Arsen Torosyan’s family has started a fish farming business in the village of Ghazaravan in Aragatsotn Province.

‘The Prosecutor's Office has begun an investigation regarding the article published in ‘Hetq’,’ said Lusine Martirosyan, advisor to the Prosecutor General, to News.

It should be noted that Torosyan has reacted to the article, stating that a significant portion of the information concerning him in that publication is available in his and his wife’s declarations, and other information will be disclosed in the 2022 declarations within the legally established timeframe.
