Papikyan on Losing 50 Positions
Recently, Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan again left journalists' questions unanswered. Reports "Hraparak".
In response to journalists' remarks about losing 50 positions due to Azerbaijani aggression, Papikyan stated, “When the time comes, I will communicate. Now is not the time or place for it; I will not speak.”
