The Kyiv regime has completed the technical preparations for a provocation involving a "dirty bomb," according to reports by RIA Novosti. A source from the news outlet revealed that specialists from the Ukrainian 'Yuzhmash' enterprise have prepared a decoy missile resembling the 'Iskander' complex, which is intended to be filled with radioactive material. The plan is to allegedly strike the exclusion zone of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, subsequently blaming Russia for the attack.
