Construction of Ajapnyak Metro Station Project Enters Practical Phase, Says Municipality

The construction project of the 11th metro station, Ajapnyak, which was developed during the Soviet Union and has remained on paper for decades, has entered a practical phase. The municipality reports that the progress of the work and details of the project were presented to Tigran Avinyan, the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, by the metro construction teams and Valery Abramsov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Metrogiprotrans".

It has been noted that a competition is expected to be announced in 2023.
