Azerbaijani blogger and creator of the "Dictator" television project, Manaf Jalilzade, has released a video featuring footage from protests in Azerbaijan and highlighting the use of force against women. He specifically stated: "Those who associate with the terrorist dictator in my country who tortures women and the elderly should watch this video. Aliyev has turned Azerbaijan into a country of terror; where are the organizations that defend human and women’s rights? Has he bought you, rendered you blind and deaf?"
