Priority Given to Women: Ministry of Defense Issues Statement

The Ministry of Defense of Armenia has issued a statement announcing that there is one week left to submit an application for participation in shooting courses.

Considering the numerous requests and suggestions from citizens, the ministry is organizing combat shooting courses, where citizens who have not completed military service will participate.

The courses will include theoretical as well as practical training with combat weapons. The first phase of registration will be conducted for residents of Yerevan from October 17 to 30, inclusive.

In this phase, priority for participation will be given to female representatives. Subsequent phases of the courses will also be conducted in regions of the republic.

The courses are free of charge, and to ensure the convenience of participants, they will be held on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with meals provided for the participants.

The Ministry of Defense will also arrange transportation for participants from the central meeting point to the shooting range.
