«If you are not planning new aggression, then why are you so nervous?», Marukyan to Azerbaijan

Armenian media is filled with "expert" discussions against the arrival of EU and OSCE observers in Armenia. This was stated by Armenia's special envoy Edmon Marukyan on his Twitter account, continuing, "If you have not occupied Armenian territories and are not planning new aggression, then why are you so nervous about the impending international presence in Armenia?".

It should be noted that the OSCE has officially confirmed that it is sending a needs assessment mission to Armenia from October 21 to 27 at the invitation of the Armenian government. The European Union (EU) will also deploy an observation mission along the border with Azerbaijan at Armenia's proposal.
