Shocking Video: How Childcare Center Employees Scare 'Bad' Children

In Monroe, Mississippi, five employees of a children's daycare center have been charged after a shocking video surfaced online, showing one of the workers frightening 'bad' children while wearing a Halloween horror mask.

According to Daily Mail, charges have been filed against Sierra McCandless, Ozzy Anna Kilburn, Shane Shelton, Jennifer Newman, and Tracy Hoston, who worked at a daycare center called The Lil' Blessings.

The disturbing video depicts the masked caregiver terrorizing young children. In the video, one of the employees tells the children that the masked monster will not approach 'good' children.
