Video: Paint and Varnish Factory in Belgorod Catches Fire Following Shell Strike, One Casualty Reported

The fire erupted at an industrial facility in the Shebekinsky district of Belgorod, specifically at a paint and varnish factory, as a result of a direct shell strike. Preliminary reports indicate there is one confirmed casualty, as stated by the region's governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov.

According to Russian news sources, the Belgorod region has been repeatedly shelled by Ukraine. On October 19, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the implementation of a 'medium response' regime in the Republic of Crimea, Krasnodar Krai, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, Rostov regions, and Sevastopol.
