Turkey Deploys Nearly 20,000 Troops in Nakhichevan, Nearly 40,000 in Igdir; Iran Conducting Exercises with 45,000 Soldiers
Journalist Nairi Hokhikyan writes: "We understand that a new assault by Azerbaijan on Armenia will trigger the beginning of a regional global war.
Turkey has amassed nearly 20,000 troops in Nakhichevan and almost 40,000 in Igdir. Meanwhile, Iran is conducting military exercises with 45,000 soldiers near the Armenia-Azerbaijan border and threatening to cross the Araks River. Russia has significantly increased the activity of its troops and peacekeepers, bringing new types of military equipment to Armenia. In reality, we are only separated from a large regional war by a small red line.”
