Armenia Has Lost the Opportunity to Defend the Rights of Artsakh Residents by Military Means: Eduard Aghajanyan
Once again, I want to remind and state that, unfortunately, as a result of the 44-day war, Armenia has lost the opportunity to defend the rights of the Artsakh residents by military means. This was stated by Eduard Aghajanyan, the chairman of the National Assembly’s Foreign Relations Committee, during a public broadcast.
“This is conditioned by the clause regarding the presence of Russian peacekeepers in the November 9 agreement. Armenia does not have a military presence in Artsakh. We need to realistically assess the resources that are on the table, and we are talking about diplomatic resources and the maximum involvement of the international community,” Aghajanyan noted.
