VIDEO: One Can Be Ethnically Azerbaijani and Hold Russian Citizenship, Deputy Chief of Police Explains

It is not exclusively for an investment of $150,000 that one can obtain citizenship; we are also establishing other criteria. This was stated by Ara Fidanyan, the First Deputy Chief of the Police of Armenia, during a conversation with journalists regarding the proposed legislation.

"The draft has been submitted for circulation and is undergoing public discussion to gather the opinions and observations that concern our fellow citizens," noted the Deputy Chief of Police.
