Armenia on the Dream Map of Azerbaijani Official: Published Map Becomes Topic of Discussion

"An Azerbaijani state official imagines a Great Azerbaijan defined by borders that include Armenia (Yerevan), Russia (Derbent), Georgia (Marneuli), Iraq (Mosul and Kirkuk), and a vast section of Iran. It seems rather immodest not to at least include a small part of Turkey," wrote American journalist and EurasiaNet correspondent Joshua Kucera, commenting on the map labeled 'Great and Powerful Azerbaijan,' published by Elmadin Behbud, spokesman for the Azerbaijani Presidential Council on State Support to NGOs.
