Azerbaijan Appoints Leyla Abdullayeva as Ambassador to France

Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has appointed a new ambassador to France, according to the APA news agency. By presidential decree, Leyla Abdullayeva, the spokesperson for Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has been designated as the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Azerbaijan to France.

The agency has not yet disclosed information regarding who will replace Abdullayeva at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
