Mirzoyan Receives Delegation from Artsakh: What Was Discussed

On October 15, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with a delegation led by Artsakh President Araik Harutyunyan. The delegation also included Artsakh National Assembly President Arthur Tovmasyan, Artsakh Foreign Minister David Babayan, and other officials.
