VIDEO: Full Speech of Nikol Pashinyan at the CIS Leaders' Council

Does the CSTO recognize the state borders of the CIS countries established in 1991 as fundamental documents of the CIS? This inquiry was raised by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during his speech at the regular meeting of the CIS Leaders' Council on October 14.

Pashinyan addressed several important issues during his remarks.
