Raisi Informs Aliyev on Their Clear Stance Regarding Borders
The Deputy Political Advisor to the President of Iran, Mohammad Jamshidi, has announced on his Twitter account that Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi considers any changes to geopolitical, historical paths in the region, and the Iran-Armenia transit route as unacceptable during a meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev.
Raisi also emphasized that any attempt to alter borders would face a strong reaction from Iran. The Iranian president further noted that Europe’s military presence in the region, under any pretext, is unacceptable, and internal issues should not divert Iran from its strategic interests.
