VIDEO: Yerevan's Streets and Parks to be Enriched with Valuable, Unique Tree and Shrub Species

Yerevan's streets, parks, and green spaces will be enriched with new, valuable, and unique tree and shrub species that have not yet been planted in the capital, according to the Yerevan municipality. The 'Greening and Environmental Protection' municipal enterprise has defined specific criteria for the trees: they must be at least 3 meters tall, with a formed canopy, branches measuring 1 meter and longer, a trunk diameter of at least 5.5 cm, a minimum stem height of 2 meters, and of course, a closed root system.
