Video: All Underground Stations of Kyiv Metro Operate as Shelters in City

In Kyiv, the operation of trains on the red line of the metro has been halted, and the stations are functioning as shelters. This information was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City Council.

"All underground metro stations are operating as shelters. The movement of trains on the red line has been suspended. Several station hubs have been temporarily closed," the statement from the authorities reads.

The press service of the city council promises to provide additional information regarding the resumption of underground transportation operations.

Earlier, Ukrainian media reported explosions in Kyiv and Dnipro (formerly Dnipropetrovsk). Explosions were also reported in Lviv.
