UN Continues Operations in Ukraine Amid Security Deterioration

The United Nations has confirmed that it will not cease its operations in Ukraine despite the worsening security situation in the country. This was reported by РИА Новости, citing the spokesperson for the UN Office in Geneva, Alessandra Vellucci.

“I can confirm that the UN has not halted its operations in Ukraine,” said Vellucci.

Russian President Vladimir Putin stated during an operational meeting with Security Council members on October 10 that a massive strike was carried out with precision-guided weapons on Ukrainian infrastructure facilities.
