“Such actions have no place in the 21st century,” says Borrell

The European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, condemned the Russian missile strikes on several Ukrainian cities. He made this statement on his Twitter account, as reported by APA.

“I am deeply shocked by the fact of airstrikes carried out by Russia against Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities. Such actions have no place in the 21st century. We stand by Ukraine. Additional EU military assistance is on the way,” wrote the EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
