VIDEO: How the Azerbaijani Terrorist Who Killed 17-Year-Old Armenian Tried to Self-Immolate

Azerbaijani terrorist and murderer Shahbaz Guliyev, who killed 17-year-old Smbat Tsakanian in the Karvachar region of Artsakh in 2014, attempted to self-immolate in front of a government building of Aliyev's administration. The terrorist believes that the authorities have deceived him and has demanded recognition of his disability and a pension.

The police prevented the terrorist's self-immolation attempt and took him away in an unknown direction. After Guliyev was extradited to Azerbaijan, he confessed that they went to Karvachar on the orders of former Deputy Prime Minister Ali Hasanov, and that the country's Ministry of Defense had been informed in advance.
