German Human Rights Commissioner Horrified by Execution Video of Armenian Prisoners of War

The Human Rights Commissioner of Germany, Luiza Amtsberg, has addressed on her Twitter page the disturbing video circulated by Azerbaijan that allegedly shows Azerbaijani soldiers executing Armenian prisoners of war.

In her post, she has called for an investigation into the execution of Armenian prisoners of war depicted in the video. “I am horrified by the video that apparently shows the execution of Armenian prisoners of war. Any alleged war crime in the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan must be investigated, and the perpetrators must be held accountable,” she wrote.
