EU Calls on Azerbaijan to Investigate Footage of Armenian POW Executions
The EU has urged Azerbaijan to investigate the footage of the executions of Armenian prisoners of war, stated Josep Borrell, the head of EU diplomacy, during a session of the European Parliament.
Borrell noted that representatives of the Azerbaijani authorities have "assured that an investigation will be conducted."
It is important to remember that today Azerbaijan returned 17 Armenian servicemen who were captured after the events of September 13.
