Rafael Melkumyan Rescues Two Women and Young Children from Fire in Ivanovo Region

According to the source, the police officer was off duty at the time. Melkumyan was with a friend when he heard the sounds of children coming from a neighbor's house and noticed smoke. He successfully managed to bring everyone out of the burning house.
