CSTO Forces to Address Biological Emergency Situations in Kazakhstan for the First Time

The CSTO forces will address biological emergency situations in Kazakhstan for the first time during ongoing exercises. This was reported by Sputnik Near Abroad through their Telegram channel.

Recall that Kazakhstan's Ministry of Defense has announced that CSTO military exercises will take place in the country from September 26 to October 8.

The Armenian Ministry of Defense has stated that Armenia will not participate in the exercises. "Considering the situation created on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border as a result of aggression from Azerbaijan, the RA Ministry of Defense has decided to abstain from the participation of RA Armed Forces units in the exercises held within the framework of the CSTO in the Republic of Kazakhstan," noted the agency.
