Fire on Arshakunyan Street: Details

On September 24 at 08:30, the National Crisis Management Center received a report about smoke visible from a partially constructed building on Arshakunyan Street in Yerevan.

This information was provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia. Three firefighting units from the Yerevan city rescue service were dispatched to the scene.

In an interview with Auroranews, spokesperson Hayk Kostanyan reported that the fire is located in a furniture manufacturing workshop. Plastic items and trash are burning. Firefighting operations are underway at the site. The spread of the fire has been contained, and there are no reported injuries.
