First footage from the mobilization announced in Russia has been released. In Stary Oskol, people are saying goodbye to their children, relatives, and friends.

Recall that Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization in Russia, noting: “Only those citizens who are currently in the reserve will be called up for military service, and primarily those who have served in the armed forces, with specific military specialties and corresponding experience. Those called up for military service will undergo additional military training without fail before being sent to units, taking into account the experience of special military operations.”
