Video: Police Break Finger of Fallen Soldier's Mother, Injure Another's Hand, Attorney Claims

I have to get through, you shouldn’t tell me when I can go to my child's grave. With these words, a mother of one of the fallen soldiers addressed the line of red berets at the Yerablur military pantheon. They were not allowing her to move towards the soldiers' graves.

“If you were in my place, you would cry out louder. Let me pass, I said, I will not answer for my actions,” the woman said. She maneuvered around the police line and tried to move forward, but they wouldn’t let her. Seeing that the noise was rising and the woman was alone, the police yielded.

Later, in a conversation with reporters, the attorney noted that the police broke the finger of the fallen soldier's mother and injured another's hand.

Let us remind you that since early morning today, a massive police presence has been concentrated at the Yerablur military pantheon. Since 6 AM, numerous security personnel have been here. A chain of red and black berets was formed. At some point, the red berets began forcibly detaining the parents of the fallen soldiers, including women, who had come here to prevent Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan from visiting Yerablur on the occasion of Independence Day.
