A terrorist who has killed ordinary people in Armenia must be immediately subjected to sanctions against Aliyev. This is reported by Infoteka24, referencing a tweet from Azerbaijani opposition blogger Suleyman Suleymanli.

He wrote that a partial mobilization has been declared in Azerbaijan, and Aliyev's goal is to create a new so-called "Zangezur-Gyocah" state on the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia.

"A terrorist who has killed ordinary people in Armenia must be immediately subjected to sanctions," the blogger writes.

"On the evening of September 21, Azerbaijan has already violated the ceasefire regime, but the aggression was immediately suppressed. It is clear that Azerbaijan does not intend to stop, as indicated by Aliyev's recent remarks that no statement can halt Baku," the website reports.
