Journalist Arpi Sukiasyan has shared a video on her Facebook page with the caption: "They say it’s an interstate road (Ashtarak-Yerevan).... the asphalt has worn away, one direction of traffic is blocked in places and that’s it. Days go by with no work, only increasing traffic jams. The police are struggling, and people are late for their business.... P.S. It’s the road leading to the Academic Town that is under construction."
